ZINGA PTE.LTD

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, INDEMNIFICATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

1.In consideration of the services and activities offered and/or provided by Zinga Pte Ltd, its employees, directors and presenters, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on behalf thereof (collectively, “ZINGA”), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms of this document (“PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, INDEMNIFICATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.”) for me or my minor.

2.ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL RISKS

I acknowledge and understand that by participating Zinga Pte.Ltd organized activities, could be inherently risky and hazardous. Such risks could include, but are not limited to injuries of any kind, permanent disability, death and/or possible exposure to illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. As such, I voluntarily accept and assume all risks that may result from me or my minor’s participation in the Activities.

3.RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby expressly agree to release, waive, discharge ZINGA and their directors, officers, agents, servants and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from, and covenant not to sue the Releasees or any of them for, any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage or injury including death, or to any property owned by me or my minor, howsoever caused.

4.INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any losses, claims (including any claim brought by or on behalf of a minor in your charge against ZINGA), proceedings, damages, actions, judgments, liabilities (whether joint or several), costs (including legal fees), expenses, medical fees or settlements, that are incurred by ZINGA, arising out of or related to me or my child’s presence and/or behavior in the Event and whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

5.AUTHORIZATION TO USE IMAGES AND PERSONAL INFORMATION:

I hereby consent to my minor, or my images and videos being taken for security or for Zinga promotional purposes. And I agree to the free publication and/or use in any form or media whatsoever of such images and videos, without payment or compensation of any kind.
