General Terms & Conditions

  

1) All classpacks are shareable with any number of people. However, your friend must book individually. Package holders have to inform us who will be using your package.

2) No refund or extension of expiry date for any un-used sessions due to any reason. In the event of injury or unwell, we will only extend with doctor’s memo and/or receipt.

3) All classes, timing & instructors are subjected to availability, changes or cancellations.  we do not refund, extend of package due to any of the reason. You are encouraged to attend other classes on schedule.   

4) Maximum 2 credits can be roll over to a renewed package with terms and conditions.

Only starter pack holder is entitled to renew at the renewal pricing. It must be renewed and start using within a week after they finish up their starter pack.

5) Purchasing a package does not guarantee a slot to any class. booking is based on first come first serve basis.

6) You are required to manage your own bookings online. Please cancel or book before the cutoff time to avoid charges.

7) Credits can be roll over to a newly purchased package. In order to roll over, new package must start right after the previous expired package expiry date.

8) Transferring of credits must be used to cover a class fee exactly. (e.g. you can transfer 2 credits to a friend to attend a 2-credits class, but you can’t transfer 1 credit to him/her to make up to a 2-credit class.

9) We do not sell individual credit.

10) This class pack is not valid for Kid’s classes, events, special classes, trainings, courses and etc.

11)Maximum extension of package expiry for travelling is 7 days. (Proof of travelling is required).

12) Other terms and conditions apply. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions from time to time.


Class booking & cancellation policy

 

1. Class booking at least 2hours before class starts is required.

2. Classes (AM) from 8am to 11.59am have to be cancelled before 9pm the night before.

3. Classes (PM) from 12pm to 9pm have to be cancelled at least 2hours before class starts.

4. Class with less than 5 bookings will be cancelled automatically 2hrs prior to the class start time.

5. Only people with booking will be informed of the cancellation by email.

6. Cancellations made outside the cancellation time frame will be consider as 1 count of attendance and it will be deducted from your credit automatically without notice.

7. We reserve the right to change the class timing/instructor/class type or cancel the class without prior notice. We do not return the booking credits/class fee if you decided not to attend/cancel after the cutoff time.

8. Member/user acknowledges that the service and online booking service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of Zinga Pte Ltd and that loss resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain.

9. Member/user agrees that Zinga Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of Zinga Pte Ltd. Member/user shall also agree that Zinga Pte Ltd’ liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by user for any services during the period damages occurred.

10. We reserve the right to change these term and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Please kindly check our website regularly to take note of any changes we may have made it.
