The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING.
It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a
safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes
an extremely effective cardio section,and a really powerful bums,
tums and thighs section too! The elastic element of the mat, absorbs much of
the impact or shock on each bounce, thereby making this kind of exercise
programme very much more attractive to those who need to avoid shocking or
straining their joints, soft tissue, and skeleton.
This is a 50-55 minutes total body workout which consists of 30-40 minutes
of cardio followed by 10-15 minutes of body sculpting
routines on and off the trampoline to engage many different muscles at one time.
